Frank (Kim Bodnia) is a small-time drug dealer facing the worst week of his life. After a complicated heroin deal goes wrong, he loses both the money and the drugs, leaving him deeply in debt to the Balkan drug lord, Milo. As the pressure mounts throughout the week, Frank struggles to repay the money while dealing with Milo's growing frustration and his own self-destructive tendencies. As Friday approaches and the Saturday deadline looms, nothing seems to go right. In a final desperate attempt to raise the missing funds, it becomes increasingly unlikely that Frank will escape this hellish week unscathed.
